Most questions are answered below. If you don’t see what you need, email support@spikelabsinc.com and we’ll get back to you.
Is Seercy actually predicting the future?
No. Seercy is for entertainment and personal reflection. Readings are symbolic prompts; they don't tell you what will happen. If you're making an important decision, please use them as a starting point for thinking, not as advice.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS subscriptions are managed in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android subscriptions are managed in the Google Play app under Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, sign in and visit the delete account page or email us — we'll cancel your renewal and your access stays active until the end of the period.
How do I delete my account and data?
From the app: Settings → Delete account. From the web: visit seercy.com/delete-account while signed in. We process deletion within 30 days. Web subscriptions are cancelled on the same request; native subscriptions you must cancel in your device settings.
Can I use Seercy if I'm in crisis?
Please don't rely on Seercy for crisis support. If you're thinking about self-harm or in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Why does Seercy ask for my birth date and time?
Astrology readings depend on your birth chart, which is calculated from the date, time, and location of your birth. The fields are optional; the daily reading and tarot work without them, but the chart features won't be as personalized.
Is my data private?
We store the minimum needed to run the app. We don't sell your data. We don't use your content to train third-party AI models without your opt-in. Read the full privacy policy for the details.
