Terms of Service

Seercy is a software product that offers astrology, tarot, and reflection tools for entertainment and personal reflection only. Readings, spreads, charts, and assistant responses are symbolic. They do not predict the future, and they should not be relied on as the basis for any important decision.

Seercy is not a substitute for a professional. The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or psychological advice. If you have a question that calls for one of those, please consult a qualified professional.

If you or someone you know is in crisis or thinking about self-harm, please contact your local emergency services. In the United States you can reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

By creating an account or using Seercy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Seercy (or 16 in jurisdictions where that is the minimum age for digital consent). You may not use the service on behalf of someone else without their permission.

You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Notify us at support@spikelabsinc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Seercy offers optional paid subscriptions (“Seercy Pro”) through the App Store, Google Play, or web checkout. Pricing and renewal terms are shown on the paywall before you purchase. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed in your device settings; web subscriptions are managed from your account page.

Refund policy: App Store and Google Play purchases are governed by their respective refund policies. Web subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current period. Refunds for partial periods are at our discretion. (Counsel: replace with finalized policy.)

• Use Seercy to make claims about another identifiable person’s hidden thoughts, fidelity, intentions, or whereabouts. Compatibility readings reflect on your experience, not surveillance.
• Use the assistant to coerce, harass, or manipulate another person.
• Attempt to extract medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice for high-stakes decisions. The assistant will steer you to a professional, and you agree not to rely on it as one.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service, or access it through an automated agent without our written permission.
• Use the service to generate content that violates the law or a third party’s rights.

You retain ownership of journal entries, messages, and other content you create in Seercy. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models without your explicit opt-in.

Seercy is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spike Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that the app or any reading is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your particular situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spike Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of Seercy. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Seercy and delete your account at any time from seercy.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to yourself or others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Counsel: replace this section with finalized governing-law and dispute-resolution language, including any arbitration or class-action waiver provisions.)

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll let you know in-app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Seercy after the change means you accept the updated terms.
